本文详细叙述铝—镁合金膜的蒸发工艺,介绍观察和测定合金膜成份、结构和机械性能的方法和实测结果。由实测得出铝-2%镁合金膜的机械性能优于纯铝膜(抗噪声破坏能力,铝膜是131db,铝-2%镁合金膜是137db。当频率为50—150Hz时,可承受的振动峰值加速度,铝膜为5g,铝-2%镁合金膜是7g)。分析膜的成分和结构得知,原因在于铝-2%镁合金膜是α相的固溶体和α相的过饱和固溶体结构。
In this paper, the evaporation process of aluminum-magnesium alloy film is described in detail, and the methods and results of observation and determination of composition, structure and mechanical properties of the alloy film are introduced. The mechanical properties of aluminum-2% magnesium alloy film are better than those of pure aluminum film (anti-noise damage ability, aluminum film is 131db, aluminum-2% magnesium alloy film is 137db.) When the frequency is 50-150Hz, Vibration peak acceleration, aluminum film 5g, aluminum -2% magnesium alloy film is 7g). Analyzing the composition and structure of the film is known because the aluminum-2% magnesium alloy film is a supersaturated solid solution structure of α-phase solid solution and α-phase.
