在国庆四十周年前夕,来京参加“中国工业四十年——大型企业发展成就展”的全国240多家大企业的领导同志,聚在一起举行这次盛会,座谈大企业在新形势下的发展和改革问题,是一次十分难得的机会。我想借此机会谈点意见,同大家商榷。
