一、临床药理学含义临床药理学(Clinical Pharmacology)是研究药物在人体内作用规律与疗效评价的一门新兴科学,它是实验药理学和药物治疗学间的桥梁学科,也是药学与医学间的重要桥梁学科。近三十多年来随着制药学的革命和新药数量的激增,如新抗菌素与化疗药物的出现并试用临床获得成功,使人们深刻认识到临床药理试验与新药评价的重要性与必要性。于是临床药理学已发展成一门独立的学科。
