(1)探用了两种非水溶液滴定法测定了咖啡因的含量,其中以在混合溶液中用指示剂指示终点的方法较为简便,所需设备简单,而光度滴定法则可克服观察终点时的主观误差。(2)提出用光电比色计代替分光光度计来进行光度滴定。(3)两种方法的误差都在百分之一以内,作为半微量分析法是可以应用的。
(1) Detecting the content of caffeine by two non-aqueous titration methods, in which the method of indicating the end point with the indicator in the mixed solution is relatively simple, the required equipment is simple, and the photometric titration method can overcome the problem of Subjective error.
