30 years of wind and rain, 30 years Chunhuaqiu. In keeping with the reform and opening up policy, the advanced chemical engineering school of Henan Province has followed the road of vocational education and has now grown into the only state-level key technical school that is mainly run by provincial-level technicians and technicians.
