通过对杭州市区2035名中小学教师的调查发现,影响教师产生成就感的主要因素是师生的情感联系、学生的发展、家长的支持程度和教师个人能力是否得到展现;对教师工作的不满,主要集中在教师工作性质和对教师工作的管理和评价上;近一半的教师带着不良情绪(如焦虑、厌倦、恐惧等)在参加工作;教师比较认同的提高能力的途径是同伴学习、自我反思和外出培训;教师最需要得到的外界支持是提高待遇和公平公正的评价;多数教师平时没有考虑过规划和设计自己的职业生涯,也从来没有被指导过怎样规划和设计职业生涯。提出的建议是教师要加强与学生的情感沟通,加强职业生涯规划,加强自身建设,同时要完善教师考核评价制度,构建教师支持体系。

The most needed external support from teachers is to improve the treatment and fairness and impartiality. Most teachers usually do not consider planning and designing their own careers and have never been instructed on how to plan and design their careers. The suggestion put forward is that teachers should strengthen their emotional communication with students, strengthen their career planning and strengthen their own construction, at the same time, it is necessary to improve the teacher evaluation system and build a teacher support system.
