目的 观察翼状胬肉切除术中应用丝裂霉素 C减少胬肉复发的疗效。方法 对 31例 (34眼 )翼状胬肉在术中一次性应用丝裂霉素 C(0 .2 m g/ ml)术后随访 2～ 7月 ,平均 3.7月。结果 31例 32眼治愈 ,2眼复发 (复发率 5 .87% )未发现严重并发症。结论 术中应用丝裂霉素 C是防止翼状胬肉复发的安全、简便、有效的辅助方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of mitomycin C in reducing pterygium recurrence in pterygium resection. Methods Thirty-one patients (34 eyes) with pterygium were treated with mitomycin C (0.2 m g / ml) for one time and followed up from July to July with an average of 3.7 months. Results 32 cases were cured in 31 cases, and 2 cases had recurrence (recurrence rate 5.87%). No serious complications were found. Conclusion Intraoperative mitomycin C is a safe, simple and effective adjuvant to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
