企业价值观有一个较为通用的描述:价值观是员工的行为价值导向,是指导员工行为的一系列基本准则和信条。它起着确立行为取向、评价原则、评价标准的作用,是对如何完成使命的行为准则的界定,是企业文化的核心。清晰的价值观会告诉我们,全体员工怎么做才能完成使命,怎么做才能使个人与企业共同成长,实现价值。简言之,企业价值观诠释了“指引组织完成使命的信念是什么”的问题。为了更便于理解,我们可以看一段对使命分析的话:“使命大都在清晰准确地回答企业最关键的两个问题——为何存在(干什么)?为谁存在(给谁干活)?”如果企业使命能够清晰回答这两个问题,那么企业价值观就是回答了另外一个重要的问题——靠什么存在(怎么做)。
There is a more general description of corporate values: Value is the staff’s value orientation of behavior, is a series of basic guidelines and creed guiding employee behavior. It plays the role of establishing behavior orientation, appraisal principle and evaluation standard. It is the definition of the code of conduct on how to accomplish the mission and is the core of the enterprise culture. Clear values will tell us what all employees can do to accomplish their mission and what can be done to enable individuals and businesses to grow together and realize value. In short, corporate values interpret the issue of “what is the belief in the organization’s mission?” To make it easier to understand, let’s look at the mission analysis: "Mostly the mission of answering the most critical two questions of the business clearly and accurately - why and where does it exist? If the corporate mission is clear in answering these two questions, then the corporate values answer another important question - what is (what to do).
