党的十一届三中全会以来,辽宁在邓小平同志倡导的解放思想,实事求是思想路线和党的基本路线指引下,在农村改革、城市改革、科技改革等方面都取得了不可低估的成绩。但是,与南方经济发展较快的省、市相比,我省在改革的广度与深度上,在市场体系建设上等诸多方面还有一定差距。深入剖析影响我省发展的思想原因,冲破思想障碍,对于加速辽宁社会主义市场经济体制建设步伐,逐步提高辽宁发展速度,是十分必要的。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party, Liaoning has achieved undeniable results in rural reform, urban reform and science and technology reform under the guidance of the emancipatory thinking, the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and the party’s basic line advocated by Comrade Deng Xiaoping.
