中天合创能源有限责任公司葫芦素煤矿位于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市乌审旗图克镇境内,设计能力矿井设计生产能力13.0Mt/a,矿井设计服务年限90a,该矿属低瓦斯矿井。由中煤邯郸设计工程有限责任公司设计。葫芦素煤矿副井井筒净直径10m,井深702.658m,冻结深度525m。井筒上部主要地层以白垩系地层为主,软岩,胶结性差,易风化,强含水且为孔隙水。对该段进行注浆时,压力上升较快,进浆量小,壁后串浆困难,水系沟通差。结合该地层情况,主要采用了接茬排孔配合超细水泥单双液浆注浆方案,成功将井筒漏水量降至规范标准以内,赢得了甲方及监理单位的赞誉。
