在现实生活中,道德修养的高低直接决定着一个人的成功与否,加强道德修养是提高个人竞争力一个的重要办法和途径。然而,中职生的道德修养现状却不容乐观,存在这样那样的问题,中职教育急需加强中职生的道德修养。具体要做到:中职教育工作者应更新观念,适应时代需求;教师应加强自身的综合素质,提高职业道德修养;中职生应养成良好的学习生活习惯;营造端正和谐的班集体氛围;大力加强中职生管理工作;完善体制,加强社会主义精神文明建设。
In real life, the level of moral cultivation directly determines the success or failure of a person. Strengthening moral cultivation is an important way to improve one’s competitiveness. However, the status quo of secondary vocational students moral education is not optimistic, there is such a problem, vocational education urgent need to strengthen the moral cultivation of secondary vocational students.
