矫形科在修复工作中弹性印模材料已被广泛应用,成为必不可少的印模材料,特别是口腔专科医院用量更大。而且在季节温度相差较大的情况下,调拌商品印模膏时较难掌握,往往直接影响阴模的正确性。所以许多专科医院均采用自己配制海藻酸钠印模材料。但是大部分采用手工调拌方法,由于海藻酸钠溶胶的粘度较大E~(017),用人工调拌极为费力,而且往往在器具的底层留有未溶解的海藻酸钠块状物,使印模材料配比失调,影响了阴模的正确性。
