青少年是我们祖国的未来,是伟大事业的接班人,是未来社会的建设者。他们的好与坏,直接决定国家的未来,所以,不能忽视对青少年的思想品德教育。那么,如何对青少年进行品德教育呢?这是摆在教师面前的一大课题。总体上来看,必须先掌握青少年的心理,了解他们的思想。不然,就难以塑造其优良的道德品质,无法进行有效的思想政治工作。开展对青少年的品德教育,通过对他们的心理进行调节和指导来完善其品德的发展。
