一、前言国家“七五”重点项目——干法腈纶设备由我国与美国杜帮(Dupont)公司以技贸合作方式生产制造。腈纶纤维的生产工艺有干法纺丝和湿法纺丝两种,目前国内大都采用湿法纺丝,干法纺丝尚未形成生产能力。这次与杜邦公司合作生产的腈纶设备(生产能力为3万吨/年)采用干法纺丝成型工艺,即以丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为原料,采用水相悬浮聚合生成聚合体,以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)
