目的掌握全身骨显像给药后患者周围的外照射剂量,确保相关人群的辐射安全。方法526例行全身骨显像病人,在给药即刻和给药2h时后分别观察5m、3m、1m、0.5m、贴身的电离辐射剂量。结果后测组3m、1m、0.5m和贴身较即刻组药物的辐射量明显为低(P<0.01)。0.5m、贴身饮水少组和老年组分别较饮水多组和中青年组显著增高(P<0.05)。结论注射药后2h内病人应在指定的候检室候检,注药后多饮水,促进排泄,回病房后与公众保持0.5m以上的距离是安全的,而对老年和饮水少的病人应保持距离1m以外。
OBJECTIVE To master the dose of external radiation around the patient after the administration of the whole body bone imaging to ensure the radiation safety of the relevant people. Methods A total of 526 patients underwent whole body bone imaging. The doses of 5m, 3m, 1m, 0.5m and personal ionizing radiation were observed immediately after administration and 2h after administration respectively. Results After the test group 3m, 1m, 0.5m and immediately after the instant group of drug radiation was significantly lower (P <0.01). 0.5m, less drinking water group and elderly group were more than drinking water group and middle-aged group was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusions Within 2 hours after injection, patients should be in the designated waiting room for medical examination. After injecting medicine, they should drink plenty of water to promote excretion. After returning to the ward, it is safe to keep the distance of more than 0.5m with the public, while for elderly patients with less drinking water Keep away from 1m.
