圆柱齿轮与传动轴的结合,采用平键、矩形花键较多,采用渐开线花键结合的较少,但在工程机械和汽车机械中采用后者却颇为常见。加工这类齿轮的特点是:结构一般比较复杂、精度较高,又没有固定的工艺规程,故常常发生工艺质量问题。我厂去年出现的这类问题较为严重,经过研究我们改进了工艺,从而保证了产品质量,提高了工效,现将有关情况介绍如下。我厂工艺改进大致可归为两类:一是对细长渐开线花键孔型圆柱齿轮,采用渐开线花键锥心轴加工(如图1所示)。二是对于渐开线花键底孔大于φ50、长径比为0.4~1.5的齿轮,采用渐开线花键弹性心轴加工(如图2所示)。

Last year, I plant this kind of problem is more serious, after research we improved the process, thus ensuring the product quality, improve work efficiency, the relevant circumstances are introduced below. I plant process improvement can be broadly divided into two categories: First, the elongated involute spline hole cylindrical gear, involute spline cone mandrel (Figure 1). Second, for involute spline bottom hole is greater than φ50, aspect ratio of 0.4 to 1.5 gear, involute spline elastic mandrel (Figure 2).
