本文主要对冷轧深冲薄钢板塑性应变比r值的测定和应用,r值与织构的关系进行初步探讨。笔者所进行的试验表明,薄扳的成形性能随r值的增大而提高,而r值与薄板的织构有密切的关系。
This paper mainly on the cold-drawn deep-drawn steel sheet plastic strain ratio r value determination and application, r value and the relationship between the structure of the preliminary study. Experiments carried out by the author show that the formability of the thin plate increases with increasing r value, while the r value is closely related to the texture of the thin plate.
