目的了解景谷县传疟媒介按蚊种群数量、媒介密度、季节消长情况,为科学合理地开展传疟媒介防制工作提供依据。方法 2007~2012年在景谷县媒介监测点,采用人工小时法、人诱捕法两种方法调查测定蚊虫数量、密度和季节消长。结果景谷县共捕获按蚊13种4975只,其中中华按蚊3753只,占捕蚊总数的75.44%,平均密度为1.482只/人工小时,为按蚊优势种,生长高峰期在4~10月,密度高峰在7月,微小按蚊季节消长不明显,密度最高峰在9月份。对各年捕蚊平均密度进行比较,平均密度呈逐年下降。结论蚊媒监测能随时掌握主要传疟媒介的种群数量、分布和季节消长,为疟疾防治及制定有效的蚊媒防制方案提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the population, media density and season growth and decline of malaria vectors in Jinggu County and provide basis for scientific and reasonable prevention of malaria vectors. Methods From 2007 to 2012, we investigated the quantity, density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes by means of artificial hour method and human trapping method in Jinggu County media monitoring sites. Results A total of 4975 Anopheles mosquitoes were caught in Jinggu County, of which 3753 were Anopheles sinensis, accounting for 75.44% of the total number of mosquitoes, with an average density of 1.482 / artificial hour. The dominant species were Anopheles sinensis, with the peak growth period from April to October The peak of density in July, the growth and decline of the mosquito is not obvious, the highest density in September. The average density of mosquitoes in each year were compared, and the average density decreased year by year. Conclusion Mosquito vector monitoring can keep track of the population, distribution and seasonal fluctuation of major malaria vectors at any time and provide a scientific basis for malaria control and development of effective mosquito control programs.
