浦东新区沿海挡潮排涝水闸(泵闸)是重要的水利工程设施,具有挡潮、排涝、引清调水等功能。对确保新区水安全、减少水淹灾害损失及改善水环境发挥着重要作用。在大暴雨降临、内河水位猛涨的情况下,打开沿海水闸(泵闸)排涝是降低内河水位、减少受淹灾害最快捷、最有效的措施。但是,浦东沿海水闸,上游水域码头运输船只进出频繁,下游停泊着许多渔船,不仅影响了水闸引排水畅通,而且存在安全隐患。本文提供了浦东新区沿海水闸防汛排涝安全存在的问题与对策。

This paper provides the problems and countermeasures of flood control and drainage safety in coastal sluices in Pudong New Area.
