应用平衡法核素心室造影在７２例患者中评价心电图Ｖ（３Ｒ～８Ｒ）单导联ＳＴ段抬高≥１ｍｍ诊断急性下壁心肌梗死合并右室梗死的价值。结果表明，右胸外侧导联Ｖ（５Ｒ～８Ｒ）高于右胸中部导联Ｖ（３Ｒ）、Ｖ（４Ｒ），其中以Ｖ（６Ｒ）最准确。
To evaluate the value of ST segment elevation ≥1mm in single lead electrocardiogram V (3R ~ 8R) in diagnosis of acute inferior myocardial infarction with right ventricular infarction by using balance method radionuclide angiography in 72 patients. The results showed that V (5R ~ 8R) of the right lateral thoracic lead was higher than V (3R) and V (4R) of the right thoracic central lead, of which V (6R) was the most accurate.
