e保养算是我第二次创业。第一次创业是做移动电源,但小米移动电源出来就不好干了,把价格压太低。后来我给e代驾做运营管理的顾问,这家公司很有意思,又去工作了段时间。不过还是想自已创业,并且发现跟移动硬件领域相比,汽车后市场的状况好很多。市场足够大,集中度特别小,大家都有机会。2014年初e保养成立,之前我在汽修行业也没有积累,无知者无畏,而且更勤奋,把很多事情能真的弄懂。初创期头两个月我们都在研究如何换机油,找了很多专家论证,没有一个专家能回答清楚。我们经过好几轮验证。开始以为像4S店那样平放更干净,后来发现如果有脏东西,斜一点放得更干净。我们还在琢磨怎么让客户觉得服务安全透明。虽然不是
