Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Po Di Lan anti-inflammatory oral solution in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: 220 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups of 110 cases, the control group in the conventional rehydration symptomatic treatment plus ribavirin dispersible tablets, the observation group in the conventional rehydration symptomatic treatment plus With Pudi Lan anti-inflammatory oral liquid treatment, the course of treatment were 5 days, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, the rash, herpes subsided time, body temperature returned to normal time, RV-Ag conversion rate and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate was 93.72% in the observation group and 76.36% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The rates of RV-Ag negative conversion in the observation group were 85.80% and 92.20% respectively at 3 and 5 days after treatment, and those in the control group were 71.30% and 75.51% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the treatment group rash, herpes subsided time and body temperature were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
