冠状动脉阻塞的生理意义能用对左心室功能的影响来测定。然而,休息情况下代谢的需要低,即使是冠状动脉高度阻塞,左心室功能可能仍正常。运动试验心电图就是根据这一原则,但有假阳性和假阴性。估价冠状动脉阻塞功能意义的标准方法是用心导管左心室造影来测定左心室的节段性收缩,但这一方法有一定程度的不适和危险。本文报道在休息和直立位极量运动试验时测定左心室喷血比数和局部室壁活动的非侵入性放射性核素方法。
The physiological significance of coronary occlusion can be determined by the effect on left ventricular function. However, the need for metabolism at rest is low, and left ventricular function may be normal even with high occlusion of the coronary arteries. Exercise test ECG is based on this principle, but there are false positives and false negatives. The standard method of assessing the functional significance of coronary occlusion is to measure left ventricular segmental contraction using a left ventricular catheterization, but this approach presents a degree of discomfort and risk. This article reports a noninvasive radionuclide assay that measures left ventricular ejection fraction and local wall activity at resting and upright locomotor tests.
