目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)促进创面愈合的临床疗效。方法对326例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面应用rhEGF治疗,与同期312例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面应用积雪苷霜治疗者的疗效进行比较。结果 rhEGF治疗组与积雪苷霜治疗组创面愈合时间分别为(18.06±0.38)和(26.20±1.21)d,前者明显短于后者(P<0.05)。rhEGF组瘢痕增生发生率为48.77%(159/326),积雪苷组为85.58%(267/312),前者明显低于后者(P<0.05)。结论 rhEGF对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面有促进愈合及减少瘢痕增生作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on wound healing. Methods 326 cases of deep second degree burn wounds were treated with rhEGF, compared with 312 cases of deep second degree burn wounds treated with asiaticoside cream. Results The wound healing time was (18.06 ± 0.38) and (26.20 ± 1.21) days in rhEGF treatment group and asiaticoside treatment group, respectively, the former was significantly shorter than the latter (P <0.05). The incidence of scar hyperplasia was 48.77% (159/326) in rhEGF group and 85.58% (267/312) in asiaticoside group, the former was significantly lower than the latter (P <0.05). Conclusion rhEGF can promote healing and reduce scar hyperplasia in deep second degree burn wounds.
