为探讨桂花不同品种生根能力的差异及萘乙酸处理效应而设计了本试验。研究结果表明:桂花不同品种生根能力有非常显著差别(P<0.001)。生根能力最强的是四季桂,其次是银桂,而丹桂生根能力相当弱。品种间生根能力差别,在扦插两个月后明显表现出来。四季桂扦插当年不仅能形成发育良好的根系,而且抽枝发叶;银桂扦插当年仅形成根系。对萘乙酸处理的反应,已具有一定生根能力的银桂,有非常显著的效果(P<0.001);对于生根能力强的四李桂,没有显著效果(P>0.05);对于生根能力弱的丹桂,虽有显著效果(P<0.05),但成活率仍相当低(仅10%)。根据试验结果,桂花繁殖应针对品种采用最适的方法。四季桂、银桂繁殖可以采用简单易行的扦插法,而丹桂繁殖宜用嫁接法。
The experiment was designed to explore the difference of rooting ability of different sweet-scented osmanthus cultivars and the effect of NAA treatment. The results showed that: Osmanthus fragrans different varieties of rooting ability is very significant difference (P <0.001). The strongest ability to take root is Siji, followed by silver-Gui, while the root capacity of Osmanthus is quite weak. Differences in rooting ability among cultivars were evident after two months of cutting. Four seasons cuttings that year can not only form a well-developed roots, but also pumping branches; Yin Gui cuttings that form only the root system. The reaction of naphthalene acetic acid treatment, has a certain ability of rooting Gui Gui, there is a very significant effect (P <0.001); for rooting ability Li Li Gui, no significant effect (P> 0.05) Osmanthus, although significant effect (P <0.05), but the survival rate is still quite low (only 10%). According to the test results, sweet-scented osmanthus breeding should be the most suitable method for the species. Four seasons Gui, Yin Gui reproduction can be easily cuttings method, and should be used for breeding Osmanthus grafting method.
