目的分析急性中毒患者行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗的效果。方法 188例急性中毒患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(56例)、血液灌流治疗组(55例)和血液灌流+血液透析治疗组(77例)。对照组进行常规内科治疗;血液灌流治疗组进行常规内科治疗的同时进行血液灌流治疗;血液灌流+血液透析治疗组进行常规内科治疗的同时进行血液灌流+血液透析治疗。观察三组治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为76.79%,血液灌流治疗组治疗总有效率为78.18%,血液灌流+血液透析治疗组治疗总有效率为90.91%,血液灌流+血液透析治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组和血液灌流治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液灌流+血液透析治疗组各程度脏器受损总生存率明显高于对照组和血液灌流治疗组(P<0.05)。对照组、血液灌流治疗组及血液灌流+血液透析治疗组患者12 h内入院治疗存活率(76.92%、87.50%、93.48%)明显高于12 h后入院治疗(52.94%、69.57%、74.19%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗急性中毒可以明显提高患者治疗效果,改善预后,缩短疗程,提高患者存活率。
Objective To analyze the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in acute poisoning patients. Methods A total of 188 acute poisoning patients were divided into control group (56 cases), hemoperfusion group (55 cases) and hemoperfusion + hemodialysis group (77 cases) according to different treatment methods. The survival rate of patients in the control group, hemoperfusion group and hemoperfusion group was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.92%, 87.50%, 93.48%) after 12 hours of admission (52.94%, 69.57%, 74.19% ), The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment of acute poisoning can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients, improve prognosis, shorten the course of treatment and improve patient survival rate.
