研制了一台喷射熔剂装置。试验结果表明:该装置能实现铸造铝合金的熔体处理。运用该装置对A357合金进行精炼、变质后,合金的抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高19%和118%。同传统方法相比,喷射熔剂法的处理效果更佳
Developed a spray flux device. The test results show that the device can realize the melt treatment of the cast aluminum alloy. The A357 alloy was refined and modified by this device, and the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy were increased by 19% and 118% respectively. Compared with the traditional method, jet flux method to deal with better
