With the reform of property rights system as the core, we should comprehensively explore the institutional innovation of supply and marketing cooperatives and establish “a modern enterprise system with clear property rights, clear responsibilities, separate government from enterprise and scientific management” as soon as possible. It is the reform direction of the enterprises that supply and marketing cooperatives. New situation and new system to solve the urgent requirement of the survival and development of supply and marketing cooperative enterprises. It is also to meet the challenges and opportunities that our country faces after joining WTO and to adapt to the global economy
