中高职教育贯通人才培养模式是构建中国现代职教体系的重要组成部分,近年来中高职教育贯通的研究已得到蓬勃发展,致力于中高职教育贯通人才培养模式的研究已成为当前焦点,本文以航空物流专业为例,通过几年的实践对中高职教育贯通人才培养模式分别从管理、学制、课程、师资贯通方面进行了研究,以期能达到抛砖引玉的效果。
The model of cultivating vocational education in secondary and high vocational education is an important part of constructing the modern vocational education system in China. In recent years, the research on the education of secondary and advanced vocational education has been booming. The research on the model of training qualified personnel through higher vocational education has become the current focus This article takes aviation logistics specialty as an example. Through several years’ practice, it studies the mode of personnel training of secondary and advanced vocational education through management, schooling system, curriculum and teacher training respectively.
