联想集成系统有限公司(LAS)自成立之日就将“客户的成功才是联想的成功”确立为服务宗旨,并将此始终视为 LAS 能否稳固发展的生命线。联想集成不仅在北京、深圳、上海、成都、武汉、厦门、福州、重庆、南京、广州、沈阳等十余个重要城市拥有快速响应、统一直辖市的全国支持网络,同时又逐步建立起了全公司上下呼应、资源共享的客户服务体系,保证了“我们的产品是服务”的经营理念在体制上的真正落实。
Since its establishment, Lenovo Integrated Systems Co., Ltd. Lenovo integrates a nationwide support network that responds quickly and centrally to municipalities in more than ten major cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Chongqing, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Shenyang. At the same time, Lenovo has gradually established a corporate-wide Echoed from top to bottom, resource sharing customer service system to ensure the “our product is service ” business philosophy in the system on the real implementation.
