用“D×C一400型核孔滤膜红细胞变型能力测定仪”观察兔颈总动脉单/以侧结扎术后的白细胞流变学(LR)改变及其与病理学改变的关系;同时观察了活血化瘀中药(复方丹参和川芎嗪)的治疗作用。结果:对照组(n=20)术后迅速出现LR异常,接受双侧结扎动物恢复进食和行走的时间显著晚于用药组,其第24h平均心率显著慢于手术前。病理学检查示对照组受累皮层脑动脉极度扩张,有新血管生成;镜下显示脑水肿严重;双侧结扎动物皮层下可见多发性软化灶。与对照组相反,用药组(n=20)术后LR指标在原基础上有显著改善,其脑组织病理学改变轻微,接受双侧结扎的动物未见皮层下脑软化。
The “D × C-400 nuclear pore membrane erythrocyte profiling instrument” was used to observe the changes of leukocyte (LR) and its relationship with pathological changes after single / lateral ligation of rabbit common carotid artery. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (compound Salvia and ligustrazine). Results: The abnormalities of LR in the control group (n = 20) occurred rapidly after operation. The time to resume feeding and walking in the ligation group was significantly later than that in the medication group. The mean heart rate at 24h after operation was significantly lower than that before operation. Pathological examination showed that the cortical cerebral cortex involved in the control group was extremely dilated with neovascularization; the brain edema was severe under the microscope; and multiple softening lesions were found under bilateral ligation in animal cortex. In contrast to the control group, the LR index of the treated group (n = 20) was significantly improved on the basis of the original, and the pathological changes of the brain tissue were mild. No bilateral subcortical brain softening was observed in the animals receiving bilateral ligation.
