目的：用血浆置换术（PE）加量子血疗（UBI）的方法抢救急性中毒，并探讨其治疗效果。方法：采用手工法PE分离出的血细胞在紫外线照射的同时充氧，然后回输患者。结果：采用PE加UBI治疗的20例重症急性中毒患者与对照组相比较可提高治愈率，降低病死率（P＜0.05）。结论：PE加UBI抢救重症急性中毒安全有效，使用方便，可在基层推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To rescue acute poisoning by plasma exchange (PE) plus quantum blood treatment (UBI) and to explore its therapeutic effect. METHODS: Blood cells isolated by manual method PE were oxygenated while irradiated with UV light and then returned to the patient. Results: Compared with the control group, 20 cases of severe acute poisoning treated with PE plus UBI increased the cure rate and decreased the mortality (P <0.05). Conclusion: PE plus UBI is safe and effective for emergency treatment of severe acute poisoning. It is easy to use and can be widely used in primary care.
