现代职业农民是指工业化时代出现的一种新型职业群体,是以市场为导向从事现代农业生产与经营从而追求利润最大化,并以农业为稳定职业,具有现代文明素质和社会责任的农民。培育现代职业农民,需要科学划分其层次,建立必要的输入补给机制,解决好现职务农农民的教育培训问题,以及建立以政府投入为主导的社会力量广泛参与的经费投入保障。
Modern professional farmers refer to a new type of professional group emerging in the era of industrialization. They are market-oriented modern agricultural production and management in pursuit of profit maximization. They also take agriculture as a stable occupation and have modern civilized quality and social responsibility. To cultivate modern professional peasants, we need to classify them scientifically, establish the necessary input and supply mechanism, solve the education and training problems for the current peasants and farmers, and establish the input guarantee for the extensive participation of the social forces led by the government investment.
