回归热性非化脓性结节性脂膜炎又称Pfeifer—Weber—Christian氏综合征(简称脂膜炎)。是一种少见疾病,我院82年收治一例,兹报告於下: 患者张××,女性,40岁,农工,住院号13261。持续性上腹及右下腹隐痛伴阵发性加重四月余,并发热,恶心和食欲不振,二月来体重明显减轻。于82年11月20日入院,腹痛不放射,无规律、无反酸、腹泻或便秘。病前无用药,感染及创伤史,既往有膝关节痛十余年,77年以来反复出现双下肢小腿内侧痛性结节,分批散发1～数个不等,
