大肠杆菌内毒素血症狗血浆PGE和PGF_2a含量显著增高。休克初期血浆PGE增高值与体循环总外周阻力的变化呈负相关。静脉注射654-2对血浆PGE和PGF_2a水平无明显影响。休克型流脑患儿治疗前血浆PGE和PGF_a含量显著增高,康复期降至正常水平。结果提示:PGE可能是引起休克时体循环外周阻力降低的因素之一。
The contents of PGE and PGF 2 a in the endotoxemia of E.coli were significantly increased. The initial increase of shock PGE in plasma was negatively correlated with the change of total peripheral resistance in systemic circulation. Intravenous injection of 654-2 had no significant effect on plasma PGE and PGF2a levels. The levels of plasma PGE and PGF_a in children with shock-type meningitis before treatment were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. The results suggest that PGE may be one of the factors that reduce the peripheral circulation resistance of the systemic circulation during shock.
