为了解我国国内汉族正常人白细胞分型的抗原频率分布、建立本室细胞库、进行骨髓移植前的组织配型以及在HLA与疾病关系等研究中积累资料,本室检测了在我院工作的汉族78人HLA-A、B、C、DR位点抗原。
In order to understand the frequency distribution of antigens of normal white blood cells in Han nationality in our country, establish the cell bank in our hospital, organize the tissues before bone marrow transplantation and accumulate data on the relationship between HLA and diseases, Han 78 HLA-A, B, C, DR site antigen.
