综述和分析了金属基复合材料内部因素对磨损性能的影响。这些因素包括增强体种类、大小、形状和取向、体积分数。分析表明,上述因素通过影响复合材料的磨损机制而影响磨损性能。金属基复合材料在各种条件下表现的磨损机制的多样性是造成其磨损性能不稳定的原因。
The effects of internal factors on the wear properties of metal matrix composites were reviewed and analyzed. These factors include enhancer body type, size, shape and orientation, volume fraction. The analysis shows that the above factors affect the wear performance by affecting the wear mechanism of the composites. The diversity of the wear mechanisms of metal matrix composites under various conditions is responsible for their unstable wear properties.
