随着中国经济结构转型时代的迅速带来,我国私人财富格局也在激烈的市场竞争中发生着显著的变化,“财富管理”逐渐成为中国人日常生活的关键词。各种财富管理模式的出现恰好契合了当前高净值人群不断增长、市场竞争逐渐加剧的严峻形势,对于资产的保值、增值管理起到了绝佳的作用。作为为数不多的能够从事财富管理业务的公司类型,信托公司在管理模式的创新方面有许多工作要做,信托产品的创新也成为业界广泛关注的课题。
