标杆管理作为一种比较流行的企业管理方式,近年来受到了企业管理人士的追捧。随着高校图书馆管理工作的不断向前发展,标杆管理被应用到了高校图书馆的管理中。科学合理的标杆管理的实施方式能够加快高校图书馆管理工作的创新,提升图书馆的服务质量,更好地服务读者。随着社会经济的不断向前发展以及管理方式的创新,科学的可持续的发展模式,不仅仅只是企业发展中的现实要求,同样也是其他社会产业机构的共同追求。高校图书馆作为高校的重要构成部分和精神阵地,同样需要进行科学的管理,如果高校的图书馆不能够得到科学有效的管理,图书馆作为提供知识输出的价值就难得到体现。提升高校图书馆的服务能力是高校图书馆管理工作中所面临的重要问题,企业管理中的很多管理方式被证明更具效益,能够很好地调动企业员工积极性的同时高效益、高质量地完成企业目标。所以在高校图书馆管理中借鉴企业管理中所使用的不同方式来实现服务能力以及管理方式的转变和提升
Benchmarking as a more popular way of business management, in recent years sought after by business executives. With the continuous development of university library management, benchmarking management has been applied to the management of university libraries. Scientific and rational implementation of benchmarking management can speed up the innovation of university library management, enhance the service quality of library and serve the readers better. With the continuous development of social economy and the innovation of management methods, the scientific and sustainable development model is not only a realistic requirement in the development of enterprises, but also a common pursuit of other social institutions. As an important component and spiritual position of colleges and universities, university libraries also need scientific management. If the libraries in colleges and universities can not be scientifically and effectively managed, the value of libraries as hard to provide knowledge output can hardly be reflected. Improving the service ability of university libraries is an important issue in the management of university libraries. Many management methods in enterprise management have proved to be more profitable and can mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and achieve them with high efficiency and high quality Enterprise’s goal. Therefore, in the management of university libraries, different ways used in business management can be borrowed to realize the transformation and promotion of service capabilities and management methods
