在高校管理体制改革的不断推进过程中,高校图书管理人员作为服务型行政管理人员被逐渐边缘化,相对教学与科研是高校的两大中心任务的从业人员来讲,很多的高校图书馆员认为自己所处的不过是服务于人的配角,再加上高校图书馆自身的一些特殊的工作特点的局限性,必然使他们对自己角色的认知上导致心理上的失落感。久而久之,精神压力也日益严重,结果是他们在工作过程中逐渐出现了各种各样的心理健康问题。笔者下面就高校图书馆员形成各种心理疾患的原因加以探讨和分析。
In the continuous progress of the reform of management system in colleges and universities, college library managers are gradually marginalized as service-oriented administrative staff. Relatively teaching and research are the two major tasks of higher education institutions. Many university librarians think What they are doing is serving the supporting role of the people.
