幼小衔接是幼儿成长历程中一次重要的身份转变,如何实现“幼小协同,科学衔接”成为各利益主体关注的重点。在利益相关者视角下,幼小衔接是多方利益主体共同实施的一项育人工作。因此,建立起一套完备有效的政府、小学、幼儿园和家庭共同治理机制,对儿童实现从幼儿园到小学的自然延伸与过渡意义重大。一、幼小衔接的利益相关者利益相关者就是“任何可以影响组织目标的实现或受该目标影响的群体或个人”。利用利益相关者理论来分析幼小衔接
