反思实践是对涉及教育、教学多方面因素进行思考的过程,也是教师对与幼儿相关的任何内容的一种全方位的反思。教师借助于行动研究,不断地发现、探索和解决教育实践中的问题,提高自我管理意识,发展自身的人格水平和教育水平,以新的教育理念来审视和反思自己的工作,自觉地规范自己的教育行为,理性地建构自己的教育观念。教师的自我成长主要源于不断的反思实践,反思实践是教师成长的有效途径。本文阐述了教师在工作实践中反思什么、怎样反思、反思实践的价值等。
