近年来,随着我国经济社会的不断发展,人们就业范围越来越广,劳动力市场中的就业歧视现象逐浙明显,并日益成为人们关注的焦点。本文主要研究了目前我国存在的六种主要就业歧视的表现形式——性别歧视、年龄歧视、身体状况歧视、健康就业歧视、学历歧视、户籍及地城歧视,并分析了就业歧视存在的原因和影响。提出继续深化劳动体制改革,完善劳动力市场等四条举措来应对我国就业歧视问题,建设和谐劳动关系。
In recent years, with the continuous development of economy and society in our country, the employment scope of people is getting wider and wider, and the phenomenon of employment discrimination in the labor market has become increasingly apparent in Zhejiang and has increasingly become the focus of attention. This article mainly studies the six main manifestations of employment discrimination in our country at present - gender discrimination, age discrimination, physical status discrimination, health employment discrimination, academic discrimination, household registration and city discrimination, and analyzes the reasons for the existence of employment discrimination and influences. Proposed to continue to deepen the reform of the labor system, improve the labor market and other four measures to deal with employment discrimination in China, building a harmonious labor relations.
