近年来,随着我国对产品质量要求的不断提高,直接影响内燃机可靠性重要因素之一的清洁度,越来越引起人们的关注。1981年以来,先后制订了国家标准《中小功率内燃机清洁度测定方法》,机械工业部部标准《中小功率内燃机清洁度限值》、《汽车清洁度工作导则》,专业标准《摩托车汽油机清洁度测量方法》、《摩托车汽油机清洁度限值》等。在进行国际标准验收和评选优质产品工作中,对产品清洁度的要求是硬指标之一。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of product quality in our country, the cleanliness which directly affects the reliability of internal combustion engine has drawn more and more attention. Since 1981, the national standard “Method for Determining the Cleanness of Small and Medium Power Internal Combustion Engines” has been drafted. The ministry standard of Mechanical Industry, “Cleanliness Limits of Small and Medium Power Internal Combustion Engines”, “Guidelines for the Cleanliness of Vehicles”, and Professional Standards “Motorcycle Gasoline Engine Cleaning Degree measurement method ”,“ motorcycle gasoline engine cleanliness limits ”and so on. In the conduct of international standards of acceptance and selection of quality products, product cleanliness requirements is one of the hard targets.
