目的了解和掌握攸县学生视力低下发生、发展规律。方法对2004-2007年攸县6～18岁中小学生的视力健康监测资料进行统计分析。结果2004、2005、2006、2007年攸县6～18岁中小学生视力低下率分别为19.16%(12950/67575)、22.06%(13421/60836)、23.44%(13273/56631)、24.15%(13567/56179),4年间视力低下率逐年升高,且随年级升高而上升,女生视力低下率高于男生。结论攸县中小学生视力低下状况不容乐观,应加强预防近视的健康监测和健康教育。
Objective To understand and master Youxian students eyesight occurred, the law of development. Methods The data of vision health monitoring of primary and secondary school students from 6 to 18 years in You County from 2004 to 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results The visual acuity of primary and secondary school students aged 6-18 years in You County in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 were 19.16% (12950/67575), 22.06% (13421/60836), 23.44% (13273/56631) and 24.15% (13567 / 56179), 4 years, the prevalence of vision loss increased year by year, and with the increase of grade, the rate of vision loss in girls than boys. Conclusions The situation of poor eyesight in primary and secondary school students in You County is not optimistic. Health monitoring and health education should be strengthened to prevent myopia.
