针对地方本科高校向应用型转变过程中存在人才培养与企业需求相对滞后的问题,在详细分析人才培养模式、课程系统设置、师资队伍建设的基础上,结合自动化专业的特点和行业需求,加强学生分析和解决工程问题能力的培养为目标,以工程项目为载体,分别提出了能力递进式人才培养模式、工程项目逆向分解课程体系设计思路、校企互利共生的双师队伍建设等方案,为应用型高校人才培养培养提供了一些理论依据,该研究方案通用性强,对其他工科专业同样具有一定的参考价值。
