天麻别称赤箭,又称明天麻,始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品。系常用中药,有祛风镇痉的功用,治疗头痛眩晕、惊风癫痫,半身不遂、四肢拘挛、腰膝酸痛等症。近年来,我们在工作中不断发现多种来源的天麻伪品,在市场上造成天麻品种混乱不清的状况,应加以鉴别澄清。有关天麻及其伪品的研究,我国及日本均已有报道。从文献记载来看天麻伪品有:
