苦刺(sophora viciifolia Hance)又名白刺花、狼牙刺、铁马胡烧,系野生落叶小灌木,生于山坡路旁,分布广,资源丰富,河北、山西、江苏、浙江、河南、湖北、云南、四川、贵州、甘肃和陕西等省区均有。其叶、花、果及根民间已作药用。鉴于该植物在我省蕴藏量很大,且其化学成分报道不多,仅见介绍其叶含有香叶木甙。从开发利用野生资源角度出发,我们对该植物的叶、花及根中化学成分进行了预试,结果发现叶中含有多种生物碱,并从中分得槐果碱(Sophocarpine)等八个结晶(少数尚为粗晶),总碱含量约1%,含量最高的是槐果碱。据文献报道槐果碱,1.对小鼠实体瘤U_(14)、S—180、S—37和LioI 有抑制作用,其抑制率为30.2—56.4%,对大鼠W256(腹水型)生命延长率为39.4—54.6%。临床上对恶性萄葡胎有较好的疗效。2.有抗过过敏(作用点可能是抑制慢性反应物质的形成)、兴奋 Sophora viciifolia Hance, also known as white thorn flower, spike thorn, iron horse huhu, is a wild deciduous shrub, was born on the side of the hillside, widely distributed, rich in resources, Hebei, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan, Hubei There are both Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Gansu and Shaanxi provinces.
