“抓好党建是本职,不抓党建是失职,抓不好党建不称职!”2014年2月21日,在全市党建工作会议上,十堰市委书记周霁这样强调。十堰市各级党组织和广大党员在市委的正确领导下,按照“让党员干部生活在群众之中、让群众生活在集体之中、让基层阵地筑牢在百姓心中”的要求,坚持围绕中心、服务大局,以改革创新精神全面加强基层党的建设,为生态文明建设和转型跨越发展提供了坚强组织保障。
