各省、自治区、直辖市林业(农林)厅(局),各铁路局,各省、自治区、直辖市交通厅(委、局)、邮政局,各民航管理局,中国远洋运输(集团)总公司,中国对外贸易运输(集团)总公司,中国海运(集团)总公司,中国长江航运(集团)总公司: 为了防止危害森林植物的危险性病、虫传播蔓延,保护我国的森林资源和生态安全,根据《植物检疫条例》,现就国内运输、邮寄森林植物及其产品实施检疫的有关规定通知如下:
All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (Agriculture and Forestry) Office (bureau), the Railway Administration, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities Communications Department (commissions and bureaus), post offices, Civil Aviation Administration, China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, China Foreign Trade China Shipping (Group) Corporation, China Yangtze River Shipping (Group) Corporation: In order to prevent dangerous diseases endangering forest plants, the spread of insects and the protection of China’s forest resources and ecological security, according to the “Plant Quarantine Ordinance ”, the relevant provisions of the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on Quarantine of Domestic Transport and Mailings of Forest Plants and Their Products are hereby notified as follows:
